• You should review the funder's terms, including all fees, rates, and repayment obligations, before accepting any offer
• Funders may perform credit checks, including hard inquiries, which may affect your credit score
• We are not party to any funding agreement and bear no responsibility for any funder's conduct, products, or services

By submitting an inquiry, you expressly consent to being contacted by funders and their representatives by phone, email, or text message (including automated communications), even if you are on a Do Not Call registry, unless and until you withdraw such consent.

All content on our site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We do not recommend any particular funding product, funder, or financial product. You should consult a qualified financial advisor, attorney, or other professional before making financial decisions. Reliance on any information provided on our site is at your own risk.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@compareyourloans.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve any dispute within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Compare Your Loans agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@compareyourloans.com within 30 days of first using our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Compare Your Loans is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent court proceedings are permitted under these Terms, you consent to personal jurisdiction in the applicable state and federal courts.
